Q: WHAT IS RGB & CMYK?
A: RGB stands for Red, Green and Blue, and is the mode used for monitors and television sets, the printed result will appear muddy and flat. CMYK stands for Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, and Black - used in offset process color printing.

Q: WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING DO YOU DO?
A: We have 2 different type of printing capabilities: 1. Offset 2. Digital


Q: WHAT FILE TYPES CAN BE USED FOR PRINT?
A: Any file compatible with Photoshop or Illustrator. PSD, PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPG. Files should be 300 dpi (resolution), CMYK (color format). Leave at least 3mm around entire artwork for bleed (cutting).

Q: WHAT PAPER STOCKS CAN I CHOOSE?
A: Available weight in gsm: simili paper 80, 100 Art Paper 105, 128, 157, Art Card 260, 310

Q: WHAT ITEM IS COMMONLY ORDERED?
A: A3/A2 Posters, Trifold Brochures, Flyer and Business Cards.

Q: MY FILES ARE VERY LARGE, HOW CAN I SEND THEM TO YOU?
A: You can upload files directly to www.wetransfer.com, it can upload upto 2gb file. Please upload a zip file or document only, the server will reject folders.

Q: WILL YOU MATCH THE SAMPLE PROVIDED FROM MY PRINTED COPY OR PREVIOUSLY PRINTED SAMPLE?
A: We are unable to guarantee that the printed output will be the same as the sample provided or previously printed sample. Marginal variations are expected from different print runs and different printers.

Q: WILL I RECEIVE THE AXACT QUANTITY THAT I ORDERED?
A: You will receive the exact quantity or slightly more than you ordered at no additional cost.

Q: CAN I MAKE AMENDMENTS OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER OR APPROVED THE PROOF?
A: Please ensure you have selected the correct order specifications and the designs are correct as cancellation or any form amendments are not allowed. We will print artwork as provided as we are not responsible for any spelling, typing, image or design error. We do not amend any artwork that is uploaded.

Q: WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME?
A: 7-9 working days for most orders, 2-3 working days turnaround is always available.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT URGENT ORDERS?
A: We accept urgent orders depending on the job required. There will be an urgent orders surcharge depending on urgency.

Q: DOES YOUR LEAD TIME INCLUDE DELIVERY?
A: No. Our production lead time refers to the number or working days from the day your order is confirmed to the day the product is ready for delivery. We will try our best to deliver your products on time. We will not be held responsible for delay due to production error.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER?
A: We have delivery personnel on staff for local drop-offs(JB Area).

Q: DO I NEED TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT?
You have to pay 50% down payment if your total amount up to RM500

Cheque Cheque deposit at any nearest Maybank branch.
